I agree, that if you came to study then finish it first but again things happen and life is unpredictable. I was more concerned about PGWP eligibility and SOWP extension, if there will be any impact on that?
Pregnancies are also unpredictable. What if your wife was too sick to attend classes throughout her pregnancy or failed classes because she had to take so much time off? You are asking too many questions for you to be worrying about if your wife got pregnant by accident while taking every precaution to prevent pregnancy.
