I applied for work permit and got medical but after few days I got letter of Procedural Fairness which "You have failed to disclose complete answers in your statutory questions, namely, “Have you ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country or territory.” Please explain why this information was not provided, and provide copies of documentation you have to support your response, which may include copies of refusal letters
or other correspondence."
Few years back, I had applied for Study visa of USA and got it approved. Later, when I landed in USA to attend the college, I chose some nearby airport rather than direct airport connecting my college. Officer asked me few questions regarding this and I got nervous and could not answer properly. He then asked me to sign withdrawal Application to admission which I signed. He canceled my visa and I came back.
Since my visa was not refused or I was removed from USA I did not say "Yes" and as I myself withdrew application for admission so I was not denied entry.

I do not know how to convince the Officer that I did not lie or hide facts.

Please guide me how to protect myself from misrepresentation and get approval for visa.

Thanks

All you can do is explain and provide the documentation of the withdrawal.

The withdrawn application is generally considered to be a denied entry to the U.S.
