How can I stay longer?

I have come to Canada on a 1 year open work permit, but I would like to stay longer and start a life in Canada, but I'm not sure how I can do this. What are my options?
I have limited to no work experience

Hard to say with so few details.

I'm assuming you can on the IEC / Working Holiday Visa program. If so, you can see if your country qualifies for another participation (some do and some don't). If that's a no-go, your employer would need to obtain an approved LMIA if you want to continue working (this is a 4-6 month process and it's generally hard to find employers willing to do this). If you have $25,000+ in savings, you can go the study permit route.

Sorry, for the lack of details. Yes, I'm on the IEC visa program. My country only allows 1 year participation. I arrived here a month and a half ago, but haven't found a job yet. Is LMIA still possible with minimal related work experience?

LMIA is always possible. Just extremely difficult to find employers willing to go through the process.

Thanks for the info, I got over 25k in my saving account, so how im going to extend my work permit with that condition then.
Also, would you mind telling me what the applied LMIA process would be ?

Having $25K in savings does not allow you to extend your work permit. This doesn't help you.

An LMIA is something your employer has to obtain. Details below. The process typically takes 4-6 months.

Would you please help me with my situation? I couldn't find a job after taking a 2 years course at Canada. I have been working at a restaurant for 1 years full time( 1 year part time). If my employer is not able to apply for LMIA, is it still possible for me to aply for PR? and under what programs would make it easier ? I am living at Alberta

Express Entry (you need to have at least 470 points to be selected).
