Hi everyone,
I was nominated for permanent residence in Alberta and sent in my full application and documents to IRCC in Sydney, NS.
They sent back my full application today in the mail with a letter that states:
"As your application does not meet the requirements of R 10 of IRPA, it is considered incomplete and is being returned to you along with your processing fee."
Two of the forms were missing original signatures, as I had mistakenly in a rush forgotten them.
They've said that they're going to return the fees, but I'm going to sign the forms and send it back soon. Do I have to pay the processing fees again and attach a new receipt of payment, or resend the old receipt? -- I'm wondering if they've already processed the refund?
I'm not sure, I tried calling but no one picks up? Has someone faced the same issue before?
