As per the last draw in January in Alberta invited the candidates with the CRS score of 300 or above. So if I have CRS score f 300 or above,can I get PR ???

Not everyone is invited. Only select candidates are. So having a score of 300 or above does not guarantee you will be selected by Alberta.

Does that mean only in demand NOCs will be invited or you have have a study or work experience from Alberta to get invitation?

Yes, only the top candidates from in demand NOC's are invited to apply and just like the EE ITA, getting invited does not mean that you will get the nomination.

If there are 100 eligible candidates and they want to invite 10, they will obviously consider other factors.
