Hi friends, need your suggestions

My brother came to Canada on study visa in 2018. He completed his study and applied for PGWP and he has plan to going india and marry with a girl. He wants to inivie his wife to come in Canada. He has full time job offer from the employer.

He want to invite his wife in urgent basis Which category he needs to apply to invite his wife to stay with him?can he sponsor his wife? what is the better way to marry with his wife in canada or india. i heard that if he do register marriage in a Canada the process becomes faster then other.

There is no urgent basis he can use to apply. He would be applying through regular / normal processes.

If he wants to marry her in Canada, she will need to obtain an approved TRV. To be approved for a TRV, she will need to show strong ties to her home country and demonstrate she is a genuine visitor (rather than someone who has plans to remain in Canada long term).

If he marries her in India, then once they are married, she can apply for either a TRV or an Open Work Permit (assuming your brother has a job that is NOC skill level A, B or 0). Once again, she will need to show strong ties to her home country to be approved.

Approval is not guaranteed regardless of which path he chooses.

they have geniue relationship to each other.after marriage they can show prof of marriage certificate,social media app chat history and marriage photoes and other photoes to show up their geniue relationship

If they have very little relationship history before marriage or time together in person it can take awhile to build up proof of a genuine relationship.
