We got separated after receiving ppr, as a principal applicant can I land to canada without spouse?

Please help me,
Just before getting ppr, our relationship ended(physically not legally) having my daughter's custody with me of 7 years old. What can I do, if I legally want to land without my spouse. Can I legally take my daughter with me? Do I need any approval from my spouse for taking my daughter?

Do you have sole legal custody of your daughter?

It's mutual only for now. Legally it takes minimum 6 months to max 3 years for separation. And as will be decided by court.

In that case you need your spouse's written consent to take your daughter to Canada.
