1. You didn't read the guide, because the guide would tell you that you need to include a document checklist.

2. The document checklist is here https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/migration/ircc/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm5556e.pdf

3. Demanding people provide you links or state "it's just your opinion" is insulting and rude.
Why you just walk around? I asked which form you mention (you don't answer) now again the guide. Which guide you mean? What and where did you read? You want to say that read your form and your guide? Who know where.

I believe in the Complete Guide (IMM 5289) https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/application-forms-guides/guide-5289-sponsor-your-spouse-common-law-partner-conjugal-partner-dependent-child-complete-guide.html#work
It does not mention about form imm5556e.pdf. What did they mention in Step 6. Submit the application that :
  • the work permit application form and documents (if applicable) and
  • a separate fee payment receipt for the cost of the work permit application

Stop being angry at me and start reading.

In the link YOU provided, click the link that says "For more instructions, see Extend or change the conditions on your work permit. You can’t apply online."

Click on one of the two options on that page because you cannot apply online (I choose "there's a problem with the online application.")

You are then taken to a page that lists IMM 5556 as the document checklist, the application form, and other things.

THEN READ the document checklist to see WHAT OTHER DOCUMENTS you must provide.

Providing the document checklist itself is also required.

You didn't read the guide, you can't be angry at me for trying to help you.

I want you to stop to repeat after me.
If you give this answer at my first question. Let people know where you are, they can follow what you are saying.
From my understand, because You can’t apply online to Extend or change the conditions on your work permit, so you should read on the link For more instructions.
There is not clear why they don't ask imm5556e at the beginning where they said "If your spouse or common-law partner is living in Canada with you and is applying as a member of the Spouse or Common-Law Partner in Canada class, they can also apply for an open work permit when they apply for permanent residence. They must include a completed Application to Change Conditions, Extend my Stay or Remain in Canada as a Worker form [IMM 5710]) and the correct fee".
It is better if they say submit requirements in the checklist imm5556e
So some people in another room just submitted checklist or only form [IMM 5710]. It is a little bit confused for everyone.
Thanks.

The sentence you are quoting is about two sentences above the one that says "FOR MORE INSTRUCTIONS" - so you should always read the full paragraph before you click the link.

You don't get AOR for the OWP. You get AOR for the PR application. If you're missing forms for the OWP application, your PR application doesn't get returned unless it's also missing forms or signatures.

Not sure what you're trying to say here; if you're arguing that not submitting required documents including the checklist is okay for the spousal OWP, then I've a boatload of Coronas to sell you.

I see you're arguing.
I put information for whom need to check about their sponsorship application + OWP, if they have No check list or supporting documents for OWP, they can check with each other.
AOR is confirmed they have received your application and your application will be processed.
Please don't threaten anyone.

AOR is for the PR app. The OWP app can still be returned after that.

If you believe that you can send the OWP application without a checklist, then you can go ahead and do so. If you also believe that you do not need to send in supporting documents for the OWP application you can also go ahead and do so. What you have been offered is an advice. It is your choice to either follow it or ignore it.

Now coming back to what other have done/submitted; there are cases in this forum where people have submitted an OWP without the checklist and without supporting documents, and their applications where not returned. There are also cases where OWP applications were returned for missing supporting documents, especially a copy of marriage certificate (one would assume that they have already attached a married certificate with the PR application and it would suffice but it was not the case). So it is really up to you, whether you want to also read the OWP guide and checklist, and attach the documents listed, or whether you want to only submit the IMM5710 and see where your luck takes you.

Just note that the OWP and PR applications are sent in one package, but are processed separately.
