Need Experts opinion. Different job title but same duties! Will it work for Express Entry?

Hi everyone
I have 3 years of work experience as Cafe Supervisor but this job title is not listed in NOC category whereas there is Food supervisor position listed in NOC B category. Now the duties and responsibilities of both the jobs are same. If I apply for Express Entry will that be considered as same? What are my chances?
If Cafe Supervisor could be treated same as food supervisor then I will have 475 points. Any response will be very helpful. Thanks to everyone. Cheers!

They can be considered same if duties match up. Title wouldn't be an issue as it varies among employers.
