Physical Presence Calculator for Spouse Sponsor (implied status)

Hi,
I am filing up the "Physical Presence Calculator" application for citizenship. I came across the following statement:

"Please only list the periods of time you had authorized temporary resident or protected person status in Canada and the type of status you had between 2015-03-15 and 2018-01-16 and select Add Entry. Select Calculate when you have finished listing all periods of temporary residence."

It say "only list the period of time you had authorized temporary resident", here is my situation:
I have in following dates:
1. Work Permit from 2013/07/02 - 2016/07/02
My wife applied for sponsorship and work-permit so I had "implied status" between 2016/07/02 - 2016/10/11 .
2. Work Permit from 2016/10/11 - 2017/02/13
I applied for renewer of my work-permit so I had "implied status" between 2017/02/13 - 2017/03/07 .
3. Work Permit from 2017/03/07 - 2018/03/30

Can you please guide me on how to fill the "Physical Presence Calculator " for the "implied status" period? should I include or exclude it?

This is my opinion -
In the physical presence calculator, i think what we need to notify the days you are physically present in Canada - which includes the implied status since you were physically present in Canada.

However in the application there is question which asks about your visa and status. This is where you can include the details of the visas you have had and you can mention the dates and provide details in a Letter of Explanation.
