Hi Guys, My score is 466 and NOC 1311.
Any chance of NOI ?
From my understanding, only Alberta knows the conditions for selecting candidates but you can see the criteria on their website. Although, meeting this criteria is not a guarantee to get a nomination. My CRS is 456, NOC 1215 and I'm very hopeful.

Hi friends,

Applied via EE. Overall score 350 and this is obviously not enough to reach invitation to apply from Alberta.
I've read my family can apply via AINP (Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program) in addition to EE. Does anybody have such experience?

In other words, does anybody applied via AINP without received NOI from Alberta? I mean if there any possibility to pay attention of Alberta to your profile and send them documents upfront?

The reason I'm asking this: official web-site indicates the whole process (https://www.alberta.ca/ainp-how-to-apply.aspx) here. I'm I right I can apply for this program or this is just rules what to do if you were selected trough EE and received NOI from Alberta?

Appreciate your time,

Kirill
There are essentially two active streams with AINP.
- If you have a job offer in Alberta, you can apply directly via the opportunity stream (AOS). This is not aligned to express entry, so you’re looking at up to 6 months at provincial level then 15-19 months at federal level.
- If you do not have a job offer and you’re not a farmer, then there’s the Alberta express entry stream (AEES). As @gnangia89 already explained, you can’t apply to this directly. You have to be invited to apply (= Notification of Interest, NOI). Your CRS score basically doesn’t matter for AEES ... they give NOIs if CRS is 300. It’s your NOC and connections to Alberta that matter. But no one knows how. So we all just have to wait around and try to stay hopeful!

You can say in your express entry profile that you’d be interested to come to Alberta. There’s posts above that explain sites to check if your NOC is in demand. Guessing you’re outland with no connections @Kirill? So it’s worth a chance, especially if you’ve got a high demand NOC, but probably don’t just restrict yourself to AINP. Good luck!

@ansh2309 @ainp2020 My employer got notified on email for verification of employment
Great news! Hopefully means your application is advancing behind the scenes. Saw your NOI Jan 22, your docs arrived Feb 6 and your FN on Feb 18. So in theory you’re 9 days behind my timeline. Sure we’ll all be watching with interest! Best of luck!
