In Quebec only pronlem is now u dont know when u will get ur CSQ. Initially it was issued within 15 to 30 days timeframe, now it has no limit. When someone doesnt know timeframes thats a hanging situation. And thats frustrating.

I understand your frustration, it sucks, but trust me, having the CSQ does not change much right now.We are a bunch with a CSQ for the last 3, 4 months and nothing is moving anyway.... A part of the luck one randomly assigned to CPC-M, there is no much to do right now

So u guys didnt receive PCC , travel history or anything else request?

And if thats the case rhen it means next year we are going to get additional docs requests, as CSQ will take its 6 months or may be more time and then quebec will say this year immigration number has reached, now we will see next year.

One month ago around 11th feb they were on 22 October. And now still on 22 oct.

So December was off no work. Feb off no work. Do they really want to process CSQ's

Now a day it takes almost 5 month to issue CSQ,

In 9 months they only moved less then 4 months. So with passing time days are increasing. I believe in more 3 months they will move only 1 or 1.5 month.. bringing it to 6 months or more timeframe.

And then hats off to local visa offices.

As Robert mentioned earlier, now a days it takes 5 months to get CSQ, and they are working on OCT files by the time March time comes it can be a year time to get CSQ.

U will receive AOR from MIFI via mail.
U will receive CSQ from MIFI via mail.


It depends on ur Local visa office, if they feel like asking PCC, travel history or Medical before CSQ.
Some have asked though but not all visa offices. So its all luck and wait now.

There is no way to know what they are doing. U can call them and ask when u have ur AOR from MIFI.

Mississauga and NDVO are the most active ones. Rest are not that active.

No. They refused my CSQ because I was outside Quebec. I explained them that I am in BC only temporarily but they refused still.

When? did they inform via mail?

Appealing a refusal of your undertaking commitment
If your undertaking application was refused, you can appeal the decision before the social affairs section of the Tribunal administratif du Québec (TAQ).

Once you have received the letter indicating the reasons for the refusal of your application, you have 90 days to file an appeal with the Tribunal. Information concerning how to proceed with an appeal is contained in the refusal letter.

Upon receipt of your application for appeal, the TAQ will hold a hearing where you will have an opportunity to present your arguments and testimony by witnesses in support of your application, if applicable. After hearing both parties in the dispute, the tribunal has the power to confirm, modify or overturn the decision rendered by the department that reviewed your undertaking application.
