IMM5645 FAMILY INFORMATION (PRINT AND SIGN IT?)

Hi everyone,

Do I need to PRINT the IMM5645 FAMILY INFORMATION to SIGN and SCAN it?
I am applying for a TRV (ONLINE).

The said form (IMM5645) cannot be validated online, unlike the IMM5257 can be validated online and no need to print and sign it.

Please help.

If you are applying online, then no signature needed. Just validate it and upload. When you submit the form in final stage it will ask for digital signature. That's it. for offline you need to sign seems, i applied online so i have no idea of oflfine.
