BOWP requirements

Hi,
I have PGWP untill 20 june 2020 and my 1 year of Canadian experience is completing on 9 June 2020, which will increase my CRS score to 500. As per Current trend express entry draw should fall on 10 june 2020 and it should pick my file.

Question:
Would I be eligible to apply for BOWP as soon as I receive my ITA? Or Do i need to submit the documents and then apply for BOWP?

Please give any other suggestions if possible for my profile.

You need to submit your complete application to qualify for a BOWP.

Note that you can only claim the 50 job offer points if your employer has secured an approved LMIA.

So my file is already in the express entry pool but the scores are not enough to qualify for the cut off. But immediately after completing my 1 year experience in NOC - B, my file should be selected.

So my question is when am i eligible for BOWP?

Is it as soon as i receive my ITA? Or once i submit my medical and PCC documents after ITA?

You have already been answered: you qualify for a BOWP only after you submit your full application and recieve an AOR.
