My husband and I are getting done all the paperwork for my PR application.
So we were going through the paperwork, and have some confusion regarding reference letter.
My questions are
1) Is it compulsory to send a request letter on mail to our close friends or relatives while asking them to write a reference mail for supporting our marriage?
2) My mother and grandmother don't know how to write in English, so how they can prepare reference letter to support our marriage?
3) We are going to produce notarized Reference letter. My husband's mother and grandmother are going to sign sworn testimony to support our marriage.
I am staying in India with them.
So Where this process needs to be done in India or Canada?
