Inland sponsoring my wife (US green card holder)

My wife and I recently Got married first week of december on 4th, 2019, she travel with me back to canada with her valid Green card of USA. we know each other from past 3 years. but soon, By moving back and fort in LDR was getting hard as we both wanted to settle down togather in the same place and start to have family planning and works. We gather lot of information related to the case, Even consider applying for the Open work permit pilot program after initial stage gets approve in inland. She was not accepted in her religious family after coming out to them, so instead of applying for outland we decided its better if we go for inland, because she have no family support and as her Legal wife and partner its my right to give her support as i can.
we got all the paper work information got all the trip tickets we bought for visits each other in past have all the proof of the saving money she do in whole past year to do savings before applying for our case.
The only consern, that she arrived in canada on ETA ( because lawfully the greencard does not require visa) by air, and her stay is valid up to six month, ending on may 30th, 2020. After sponsorship when its alright for her to apply for extension visa. is there any red flags we need to be sure because she is a US green card holder? In some research i notice that canada immigration does not really care about another country PR card.
2. After approval of initial stage of application , Does she only allowed to apply Open work permit or she have to apply for extension all over again first?

3. What is the total fee estimated?
4. In police certificate, her birth country is from Pakistan, (because of her passport) but she spend her 4.7 years in United states. So which country we need to consider for that documment
5. The stamp information,the port entry of canda did not stamp her passport, so what are the best method to require that information. Do i simply apply for the visitor record online from airport?

Submit the OWP app WITH the inland PR app.

1. If you include the OWP and submit soon, she should have it before her visitor status expires and not need to apply for an visitor extension.

2. As above.

3. $1040 for PR + $255 for OWP + $85 for biometrics. And several hundred for the medical and whatever for PCCs.

4. Probably needs both. Follow the guide and checklist.

5. You don't apply for anything. Just include a letter stating the entry date and that she did not get an entry stamp.

If you have not received AOR for OWP before her visitor status expires you should apply online to extend it. If she received AOR she will have implied status. She may no5 have health coverage for quite some time so you should purchase emergency health coverage depending on the health care coverage rules in the province where you live.

Assume you have proof of a longterm relationship even if her family didn’t approve and that you met several times in person before getting married.

Yes We create a strong proof of relationship. All our visit of 2 years, boadingpass, paypaltransctions, family reunions. Photos, our social media conversaction, even family n friend support letters.

Any Ideas for the Emergency Health Insurance Incase we ever have to go for Medical for sponsorship.

Insurance will not cover the medical.
