Do people receive their ITA right after the draw has happened? I haven't received mine yet does that mean I didnt get it?

It says..

2 Invitations may be issued under these Ministerial Instructions during the period beginning on March 4, 2020, and ending on March 5, 2020.

Also bring you guys a good indication. For this draw, the number of people between 450-600 is 21,905, which is basically the same as last draw (21116). This may show that the influx of candidate may start to slow down (but still need to look further)

were there 21905 people between 450-600 before todays draw or after?

You should be reminded that the former ITA recipients do not count.
