Any idea y local visa request for CSQ from applicant if this is what MIFI and local visa office deal on their end?
Today i received a request to submit my CSQ by 30th june in order for my application to process.

Local VO may ask CSQ in case of CSQ not issue.

MIFI is in charge of making the link with the IRCC after CSQ issue. ( not before CSQ issue)

Did everyone in Quebec got request from local visa office to send it? Since in the previous 4 months issuance of CSQ is taking more than usuall time.
As i have seen only one person in thread telling this type of request from NDVO.

Hi Canuck, indeed they are ! but we do have a sample that could give us some good inference on the overall behavior of the process (geek stat professor speaking here )

It's pretty clear that unless you got luck and got your file sent to CPC-M, things are not moving. Yes, QC residents got to send 2 years before, and indeed it's a pretty upside, but why one specific office get to have their files moving faster?

Why is like that? we will neve know, but it's pretty unfair given that it's out of anyone control.

There are plenty of offices moving slowly. Actually they are processing time is normal where as some lucky people got processed faster. Processing time was advertised as 12-24 months.

I called yesterday to Immigration Quebec and they said that my application was accepted, but I have still wait 4 weeks more to get the CSQ. Thanks for the follow up!

If this is MIDI style of work, then i dont think i will get my CSQ in next 2 to 3 months, already almost 3 months passed.

And on top of that london office is not in mood of requesting any document(PCC, travel or anything)as they already said provide CSQ by certain date for further processing.

Realistically do you think the public is going to support people sponsoring parents who want faster processing time when they can’t find a family doctor themselves, are waiting a year to see a specialist and maybe waiting 1-2 years for a place in a longterm care home? Most Canadians are unaware of the PGP program or would be outraged that we are adding more seniors to an ageing population especially since there are constant headlines about how the healthcare system can’t deal with the current population and it will only get worse. Most representatives are likely going to tell you that you are one of the lucky ones who qualified so why are you complaining. I understand that you are anxious but in terms of priorities for the government this is pretty low especially since processing times were posted as 12-24 months and we haven’t hit 12 months yet. Not trying to be rude but being honest.

In Quebec only pronlem is now u dont know when u will get ur CSQ. Initially it was issued within 15 to 30 days timeframe, now it has no limit. When someone doesnt know timeframes thats a hanging situation. And thats frustrating.
