Winter 2020 Intake: (SDS/Non SDS) Pakistani Students Only

Sent web form query twice but never heard back. No ghost updates either.

I applied on 5th January but uploaded wrong form by mistake. It was refused on 17th January with a note to reapply with the correct form. Background medical bio everything checked out and cleared.

Applied again on 17th, with the correct form medical and biometric cleared on 19th. They asked for last transcript on 23rd January along with itinerary which was uploaded the same day. So last update was on 23rd jan and no update ghost or other ever since.

It's gotten so quiet here wrt visa updates. Is nobody getting interviews/ visas? SDS is supposed to be quicker ,no?

Probably due to lesser intake in summer as compared to winter and fall. Also, a lot of candidates for fall intake have been working on their admission and GIC these days.

Also, read on another forum, a guy received PPR after 30 days of his biometric submission.

Have applied on 13th Feb, biometrics submission on 17th Feb, waiting for the decision.

Did you receive any email from IRCC acknowledging the submission of the additional documents? I just received an email acknowledging submission of the additional documents which I uploaded on 15th Feb.

Im goin for the fall semester. I applied on 19th, biometrics request on the 20th, both biometrics and medical passed on the 21st and ive only had 1 ghost update since.

too many applications my guess is they are doing it in batches soon enough alot of people receive interview call

they ask for interviews randomly but to be honest i have never seen a post from an indian about interview

Exactly. I dont remember any mention of interviews by Indian students. Not even by the youtube vlogger kids who explain the whole process with detail.
Although it is very silent here, so maybe interviews for Pakistanis are not that common either. Because if they are then that isn't really fair and kinda defeats the purpose of GIC ?
Anyway, just a curiosity on my part so nobody come at me with "life isnt fair " ,ok..

Nope. No email. But it says On the portal that they have been uploaded.
