Please Ansu and house. As at when I filled my sinp form. I didn't have an express account last year and i answered NO and I applied for noc 1221 as Administrative officer. This month I opened an EE profile for Noc 1241. Now my problem is, I have gotten ITA for the 1221. Should I inform them I i now have an express entry account and will it affect me. I have job experience as an administrative officer. Or should I update my express entry profile to noc 1221. Please have It in mind that noc 1241 is Administrative assistant
Have you ever come across someone who has got the refusal due to this?Well some adviced to claim 20 while some adviced to claim 23..so I'm not sure what is correct

Nice lolLooks like option 2 or 3 works. For option 2, you can do what my spouse did. He was also not sure about asking his employer for an ecpexperie letter, so he stated that I am applying to study in Canada and since he is my education sponsor, his experience letter is a requirement. He got the letter addressed to 'Whosoever It May Concern'. See if that way you can get the letter. Otherwise if your wife can get the letter, then go with third option.

1 he can apply but ITA currently at 69 points.Hello guys,
I am new in this thread. I am looking for this PNP program for my brother and have few basic queries -
1. He is in India and he can apply under SINP without job offer letter if he fulfill 60 points grid system under occupation in-demand category?
2. He will have to get licence if his NOC category falls under regulated?
3. His total is 60 in section One, but from Section 2 - II: CONNECTION TO SASKATCHEWAN LABOR MARKET & ADAPTABILITY , he is not eligible for any points. Can he still apply if he collect minimum cut-off 60 from factor one only?
Guys, please help. These are every basic questions for you. I will be very thankful. I came to Canada under MPNP, which was easier at that time.
Thanks!
1 he can apply but ITA currently at 69 points.
2 yes he can apply but nomination only after licence received
3 As I said he can apply but he may not receive ITA . He needs to improve points to 69.
YesThanks Rocky!! One quick question, he is mechanical quality engineer but his NOC is not in current latest EOI results, but his profession is also not in excluded list... So if his profession is not in excluded list, he can apply.. Am I right?
