PNP chances for Machinists: Noc 7231?

For 2020, Can anyone please tell me if the Machinists can get PNP easily or is it difficult? I am willing to relocate to any province, currently in ontario.

If anyone knows of certain provinces where the chances of PNP could be good for my field, please inform me.

Express entry is getting very competitive, so pnp seems to be a safe way.

Please guide me.

My friend was able to move to Alberta (their education was from Ontario); get a PNP there with NOC 7231 and then applied for express entry. They got their confirmation for pr last week. So yes it is possible.
