EE Procedural fairness letter (LMIA approved Job offer/Owner operator )

Hi folks,

I have received PFL recently where officer was having some corners about my Canadian job offer which i have obtained under owner operator program. Officer has given 30 days time to submit the extra documents and provide more details like how did i got involved etc. Do any of you have similar situation? is it common to receive PFL under Owner Operator ? I didn't find much information available online however after checking with one expert i was told its common to receive PFL under owner operator program . Please share your thoughts.

How did I got involved with business ,my role , investment proof , profit and loss statement of business , tax details , size of business, equipments details , business plan ,number of people related to this business and the tax return details etc
I have all these details and documents same I have uploaded last week . Is it common to receive PFL under EE owner operator?

Unfortunately owner operator is open to fraud so there will be much more proof needed that you actually intend to go through with your plans.

MY involvement with business is genuine, I had invested a good amount and have all valid documents of this deal . I think if deal is genuine there should not be any issue . Whatever query officer have raised I have provided all documents.What do you think what are the chances now and how long it will take ?

Unfortunately many aren’t and use the owner operated when they don’t qualify for other programs. Lots of examples of people landing then abandonning their plans and searching for an employer. All you can do Is provide all the information requested. It is impossible for me to say what kind of wait time you are looking at.
