I had my test at Edmonton on Feb 12, ECAS still showing in process. There has been no update. Has anyone experienced this? I am a bit worried as I am outside the country at the moment.

I think in your case email shows the correct information because for me there was a mistake in ECAS (it was not test date but the date they send notice) I think someone manually enters information in ECAS system so it can have typo errors. Email is more important because you have to print that and bring to the test center on your test date.
My ECAS is yet to be updated. I did get the email to write the test but ECAS was not and still yet to be updated. I wrote my test Feb 12. I am worried though.

That's really a good news. Did the officer tell you in which office your file is?

Can I ask what number you called? I've tried calling IRCC at 18882422100 about 3 or 4 times over the past week and every time I get disconnected due to a high volume of calls. None of the agents ever pick up. Did you use another number?

Keep trying. Not sure why you got cut, but I've always been able to get a live voice on the other end although it did take time waiting. I don't believe there's an alternative number unless I'm not aware of it. This one seems the only one that they have on the web

That is the correct number. I called them this morning to confirm they received my fingerprints and also got disconnected but kept calling every 5 mins until I got through in my 4th or 5th attempt. There is an option while being on hold to provide your phone number and they will call you back when you're next in queue. They called me back in 25 mins and confirmed they received my finger prints from rcmp. Hope that helps :)

Please keep trying. And try back to back. As soon as you get drop from one call, immediately call again. This really worked for many folks.

All the best

Alternatively, you can send a Web Form to IRCC which they will reply in 48 hours

Thank you so much. I could put in a call request on my third back to back call. Hopefully they'll call me back soon again. I really appreciate all the help. Thanks again.
