Open work permit extension without any offer letter; IMM5710E form confusion

Hi,
Currently I am applying for Open work permit extension and I do not have any job offer in hand. I came across IMM5710E form question number 3
I am applying one or more of the following:
1) Apply for work permit with same employer
2) Apply for work permit for the first time or with new employer
3) Restore my status as a worker
4) Get a new temporary resident permit (for inadmissible applicant only)

which option should I select for open work permit extension? I do not have any job offer at this moment.

any suggestion would be helpful.

What kind of open work permit do you hold? On what basis are you applying for an extension?

Hi,

Currently I am holding spouse open work permit and wanted to apply for extension of same visa.
my wife is full time student (graduate level) in university.
