Hello guys i need to ask few questions if anybody can help me ??

my spouse’s visitor extension expired today and as we already applied for spousal work permit and waiting for result of spouse’s work permit and PR application of mine n spouse.

My question is:-
1) do my spouse has implied status ?? as her visitor extension is already expired.

2) if in case they reject spousal open work permit do my spouse need to restore legal status while waiting for PR file ??

Did u get any upedate ??
Nothing from IRCC, but I just got GCMS notes that I ordered on Nov 1, 2019.
Status of App: TRF- eligibility [ what does that mean, even thou it says eligibility passed?]
App Received date: day- Dec-2018
Lock in date: day-oct-2018
[ Can someone please explain what is this lock-in date and how can it be two months earlier than apply date?}

It says my file was transferred in mid-Oct. Eligibility was passed. {Pre-arrival was generated but was never sent me to.} My medical passed, Spouses in progress (did upfront). Criminality for spouse passed. Mine criminality says CRIMINALITY: PA:- RCMP Screening: No reportable trace. -Crminilaity decision on hold - Additional info required. (what does that mean?)

Very last notes (a day before while was transferred was this.

NOTES: 2
...
Text: Referred to DN for review of spouse added after the lock-in

& Boom; next day file in transit to Winnipeg...

Anything else to look for in the notes?

1. If she have current application for restoring her status (work permit or visitor application) While waiting for pr she will be implied, but if the visitor visa expired already and you didn’t apply for another application so that she could have a legal status while waiting for pr that will not be implied
2. Yes she need a legal status, while waiting for pr

Thanks. She already submited her spousal open work permit application that means we dont need to apply for status restoration??
