Hi Everyone!

I have recently received my GCMS/CAIPS notes. And wanted some help regarding the concerns listed in the Caips notes. I am hereby summarising the reasons that i have received for the visa refusal.

Application reviewed--- Applicant has been accepted into Lambton College to undertake the Computer Software and
Database Development program. Applicant holds a Bachelor of Technology - Computer Science Engineering degree.
Chosen program at such expense appears illogical/redundant in light of applicants reported scholarly/work history.
Applicant has been unemployed from June 2019 to present. Applicant provides evidence of a GIC and first year tuition
paid; however, insufficient funds provided to demonstrate level of establishment in home country. Given
previous academic/employment history, motivation to pursue studies in Canada at this point does not appear
reasonable given that a comparative course is offered in their home country. The applicant has failed to satisfy me
that the course of studies is reasonable in Canada weighed against the potential career/employment benefits.
Applicant has failed to demonstrate sufficient level of establishment of ties to home country that would compel them
to depart Canada. On balance of probabilities, I am not satisfied applicant is a bona fide student. Application
refused.

Another Reason that was stated was----
Fingerprint: the fingerprint of the applicant is very light to be even
seen from the naked eyes thats why it is very difficult to even capture it on the device.

For the unemployment part that has been listed in the reason i would like to brief about this thing that i gave my final semester examinations in May 2019 and after that started preparing for IELTS during this i had 2 job offer letters out of which one was from GENPACT and the other one was from TCS(Tata Consultancy Services) but these companies make you on-board only after completion of your degree. So my final semester result was declared in August 2019. And after that i got admitted to Lambton College since i had all my academic transcripts ready with me. Therefore i didn't joined any of the companies.

Please advice how can i proceed further while framing the cover letter and SOP.
Thanks in advance

Hey.. my case is similar to yours. I applied for FPWT program at Lambton College, Toronto for May 2020 intake. I had applied in Dec first, then in Jan and got refused with the same reason as yours. I too had ordered gmcs notes and my reasons are somewhat same like yours. What are you thinking to do now? How are you going to go about it? Also are you consulting anyone?

Yes even I am changing my sop again. I had attached my CA certificate in the previous application so they didn't specify about finances.. will attach that again.. which intake are u applying for? And are you going though some consultants?

I am focusing on May 2020 intake..Though my consultant helped me with the admission offer but other than that she is good for nothing. So there is no point in suggesting her to someone.

Hi!Everyone...Need some suggestions regarding student visa application in Canada..I applied for post graduate diploma programe at Lambton college,Toronto for (Computer Software and Database Development) course.

My visa was refused twice on the following grounds-

"I am not satisfied that you will leave canada at the end of your stay, based on the purpose of your visit".

Giving a basic overview about my profile so tht someone can guide me better.

Graduation- Btech(Comp. Science & Engg)- 72%aggregate

Ielts- 7 overall(Listening-8, Reading-7, Writing-6.5, Speaking-6.5).
Hi, Sorry to disturb you. Could you tell me how did you fill in the Level of Study field in imm1294.pdf since what you'll attend is a post-graduate program? There's only College-diploma, College-certificate options associated. Thanks!
