Primary Occupation:Minimum Education (Express Entry profile)

Hello Everyone,

My NOC is 1111. I am working as an Accountant. I am not a CPA/CA/CMA/CIA. But my job responsibilities match this NOC. I have a Bachelor's and a Master's degree.
In the NOC website it was this:
"

1111 – Financial auditors and accountants

1 – Business, finance and administration occupations

A – Occupations usually require university education

Can I mention my Bachelor's graduation date as the date I obtained the minimum education or training stated in NOC description because according to my WES evaluation my Bachelor's is equivalent 4 years Canadian Bachelor's and it's a University level education?

Howdid it worked out for you?
As I have the same duties as NOC 1111, I am working as an accountant since last 3 years, same valuation from WES, but do not have any professional qualification and training. So should I select NOC1311 as per my educational requirement or NOC 1111 is okay?

Please help!!
