If you provided your spouse's email address in the application, it can be sent there too. So I suggest you check both emails because there are cases where PPR email was found in sponsor's spam folder instead of applicant's.

Same here ... I didn't receive it either ... DM around FEB 15 .... looking at the posts whoever got DM till last friday received it.
Recheck all email folders again

Check in your spam folder. I got it my spam folder (Sponsors Spam)
