Congratulations ! Just in time for spring.
Get some new photo's and make sure they are the correct size with the photographers stamp on the back.
Follow the instructions in the PPR email.

Is the Beijing VAC open ?

My wife called VAC Beijing today, they will open to take Biometric information on March 9, for passport submission, they only take mail delivery after March 9. So basically, they will start working on March 9.

Might be a bit of a backlog? Should take about 2 weeks if she deliver in person and pick a good day to avoid the crowds !!
Make sure you verify the return mailing address for delivery.

It looks like Embassy is still working during the breakout, I see some people still got Visa stamped and mail delivery by the end of Feb. Yes, I believe there are a number of people got impacted by the breakout.

Starting 09 March 2020, the VACs in Beijing, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Jinan, Kunming, Shanghai and Shenyang will only be open (09:00 hrs-12:00 hrs, from Monday to Friday) for applicants with a scheduled biometrics appointment only. At this time, other clients will not be able to visit the VAC. Please see below for further details:

Hi I didn’t bcz my government cancelled all my flights so they said they are gonna reschedule . Did you had your interview ?
