I noticed that someone got his AOR for 27th Jan. I am wondering how is their procedure to send AOR

Dear please I want to ask you that when you sent your application package how you make sure that I was received. For mine UPS tracking shows that it was received my MICHAEL without any further information . is it the same to you?

After it was received, someone from CiC signed it but it did not indicate the name.
