Hello all,
I have a signed confirmation from one of my employers for 3 years 1 month of work I have done with them. This work experience maxes out my points at 481. For the last 8 months, I have worked as a volunteer unpaid researcher (20h a week) with a University while trying to build my own startup. The University in question is being unresponsive in giving me a signed letter saying I worked with them. Also, this month, I started working for a new company.
Now that you have some context, my questions are:

Now that you have some context, my questions are:
- Do I need to state my last 8 months unpaid work to Canadian authorities in the form of the form and/or signed employment letter?
- Do I have to state my work with my current employer to Canadian authorities?
- In the declaration of work experience post the ITA (prior to submitting docs), I have stated just my 3 years 1 mo of past work ex. However, in my personal history section, I have included everything including my work with the university and the current job I have. I have listed both as 'employment'. Will this 'discrepancy' be an issue?
- For any of the above (or all), do I have to submit an LOE?
