I want to know what i have to do to get a visa.
I have a job here in Pakistan with salary 152000
But i dont have a property here in my country nor my parents have any property.
How to convince visa officer ??

what would be your purpose of visit? do you have any travel history to other visa requiring countries? you know your situation better than us....what is it in Pakistan that would ensure you come back and not stay in Canada?

Applied on 29th, January 2020, through paper application, I received biometrics validity letter on 19th February , since then, no update, I've just mailed them at the embassy but no reply yet. What can cause the delay??

you are well within average processing times. if you go on this site it shows that for Nigeria the wait time is 71 days. Sometimes it can be longer and sometimes it can be quicker.....but quite a few are done at 71 days for nigeria

Did you travel other country having similar requirements (i.e. USA, UK, Australia etc)?

Given that you don’t have property there will be concerns that both you and you4 parents will attempt to remain in a Canada. It doesn’t make sense why you would want to spend so much money on a trip to Canada for just tourism.
