Proof of funds-with Family

Hi Members

This is regarding proof of funds requirement while applying for student visa with family. Pls find my case below and advise with your experience.
We are family of 3 traveling together, 2 adults +1 child.
My course duration is 2 years and course fees is 75000 CAD.

Questions
1. Is it true that I need to show minimum 75000 CAD (course fee) + (10000*3 (members))*2(years) for survival = 135000 CAD?
2. Apart from transferring funds as much as possible in our accounts, how can family members (siblings, in laws) help?
3. How much does the dependent members need to maintain in their accounts?
4. How old the funds needs to be present in account at the time of applying for visa?
5. Can property evaluation support the financial stability?
6. Can gold evaluation help with meeting the requirement?

Have you got the response of all of the above questions that you post from any source?
I would be grateful if you could guide me with proof of funds keeping in mind my husband want to study and I and 2 kids want to accompany him as a dependent.
