Security Screening - please help reading notes

Hi all,
I will appreciate if you can help me understanding my notes. I am on Security Screening since May 2019 (AOR was in Aug 2018) so all replies and thoughts will be very useful.

Below is my Employment History section with Rejected status and I dont understand why it is so

Does it mean that my Work experience wasn't count?
the first 5 notes (Employment history 1-5) are more accurate as they are the latest?
