I want to apply visitor visas for my parents and sister. Can u please tell me the basic requirements and what is the most important. How much funds should they show ? What else is required?

Two main things that you should be able to determine to IRCC is your parents and sisters ties to Home country and their purpose of Visit.
Obviously you will be submitting proof of relationship, their detailed Itinerary, invitation letter, ties to home country and proof of funds. if you are providing boarding and lodging then you should include your proof of funds, employment letter to prove that you are capable of providing the boarding and lodging. Along with this there will be other documents like passport, birth certificate, proof of your status in Canada and etc.

In regards to the proof of funds - there is no minimum requirement that IRCC has mentioned, but I always advise my client to think and be practical when it comes to the proof of funds. Example if they are coming for a month they should have enough month that should cover their month expenses and also left with some money when they go back to Home country.

hi the basic requirements are as follows.

Eligibility
You must meet some basic requirements to get a visitor visa. You must:

• have a valid travel document, like a passport
• be in good health
• have no criminal or immigration-related convictions
• convince an immigration officer that you have ties—such as a job, home, financial assets or family—that will take you back to your home country
• convince an immigration officer that you will leave Canada at the end of your visit
• have enough money for your stay
  • The amount of money you will need depends on how long you will stay and if you will stay in a hotel, or with friends or relatives.

You may also need a medical exam and letter of invitation from someone who lives in Canada.
