my file received 11march 2019 then get biomatric and sponcer aproval 16dec 2019 .17 dec medical request file transfer to delhi in start january file received 28 jan 2020 back to in process 18 feb 2020 then still nothing

yeah .. that's what I just mentioned …. your file transfer was delayed and in such cases file is processesed
quickly ...because they pick files according to application received date
Many people got late transfer but received update quickly after transfer … just started processing on Feb 18 … give it atleast 2 weeks

I am May 20 applicant .. pre arrival on Feb 20 ... waiting for DM.. I know 4 others from MAY who are also waiting for DM

If your file was transferred much later and started processing just now, then raising a webform will not help I think … most probably you will get an update really quick … in less than a month's time I suppose ... that's what has been happening to files that are transferred late .... it's just my opinion... you can try webform if you wish
