Eligibility period

On citizenship aoplication form, request to enter elgibility period as shown on physicsl calculator form.
On physical calculator form shows 2015-2020 however i became landed only in 2016 (never been to canada prior that)
Is that correct or there is something wrong ?

That's correct, because by the rules of arithmetic, 2020 minus 5 is 2015. Then, by the rules of IRCC, you really can only start counting from the date you became a PR, in 2016.
