Delivering baby in Canada vs in India

Me and my wife are Indian citizens (hold Indian passports) currently staying in Canada both having a valid Canadian work permit.
We are planning to have child this year. We are not able to make decision on weather to deliver baby in Canada vs in India - as we want settle in India permanently.

please provide pros and cons of delivering baby in Canada vs in India in this case?

I imagine your child would need to obtain Indian PR or citizenship to settle in India permanently, correct?

I think, Yes. I heard he/she can decide citizenship of India/Canada after 18 years of Age. But I am not pretty sure.
