I have a question.....the oath letter was sent by email?
Does it show on ecas?
When was your test?

Just to let you guys know that my wife had her Oath ceremony today, she is Canadian now (notice was sent on 27th Jan, Oat at 20th Feb) You can update excel sheet

Yes received the oath letter by email, and it does show up on ecas.

Test was on 29th Jan and recieved letter on 17th Feb

My wife had her test on Feb 19, 2020 passed as 20/20 at the Scarborough office. Was given an invite for Oath on Feb 20, 2020 and yesterday she received her citizenship certificate. Will go and apply for passport on Tuesday thank you for everyone's support, congratulations to the new citizens of this AMAZING country and good luck to the remaining applicants.

I am also from Hamilton office. Unfortunately, no email from them since we passed the exam last Oct 31.
My application is almost turning 1 year.
Keeping my hopes high and on the lookout for the oath email everyday.

I submitted 1 copy of Passport(foreign national) and 1 copy of onatario health care card with my citizenship application.

Now looking at Personal identification requirements, i'm wondering should i have kept 2 copies of my passport ( one copy for Checklist - Photocopy of biographical pages of passport and one copy for personal identification?)

Can this be a problem to process my application? or processing agent will consider same copy of passport for both purpose?

After my exam the person told me it takes 120 - 150 days for the Oath to arrive, maybe give these guys a call so that you can be bumped or atleast they know that this has happened.

Congratulations on becoming Canadian. I am waiting for my oath at Scarborough. Can you share as to how many applicants took oath along with your wife. Since Scarborough is heavily loaded with test/interview and oath ceremonies, therefore, I am curious to know that how many persons in one batch are taking oath . Thanks

Hey gang I just checked my ECAS and there is finally an update. It says Decision Made but nothing else has changed. I believe this means background checks are done and now I'm in the line for Oath ceremony which hopefully happens in about a month or two?
