Can anyone tell what a pre-arrival letter looks like? Is it one page letter saying
--- your spouse or dependants can access pre-arrival services funded by Government of Canada.

Then it has couple of web links?

Hi All..not sure if this is the correct thread..
my wife's application received date was Nov 2019 so its still some months away from PPR yet.
my wife will be coming here on her tourist visa in mid-March.
I called CIC to check if there's anything I need to do to avoid any issues when she lands as a tourist.
The agent asked me to send Webform to CIC to inform about my wife's tourist landing and also update here address.

Can you please advise if anyone has done this before ?

Hi everyone, need someone's help to understand my situation better: I received an update in the online account that my file is transferred to New delhi Visa office for further processing. It was sent to Mississauga office on Dec 31 and after a month and half they sent it to New delhi. In the ECAS, PA side changed back to In process from app received.
Is anyone in this group with the same experience or would know if something like this is normal? Has anyone been through the same situation in this group?
My timeline:
App received- Nov 18
AOR1- Dec 18
Sponsor approval- Dec 20
Med and Bio completed- Dec 21
File transfer to Mississauga- Dec 31
PA side changed from in process to app received - Jan 7
File transfer to New delhi- Feb 18
PA side changed back to In process - Feb 19

Im in similar situation buddy
App received NOV 4th
SA, Medicals and Bio completed in November
File transferred to CPC-Mississauga on 13th Dec (PA ECAS changed to in-process)
Again transferred to New Delhi on Jan 13th (PA ECAS changed back to APP Received)
Since than no update
Currently, ECAS still on APP received
