Hi there. I just received an email that my application is refused. Reason is no LMIA from my employer. Doesn’t make sense coz there’s no need for LMIA for this new pathway now, right?

I applied last October 31, 2019 and got an email from RICC on January 16, 2020 saying that they have received my application and no more update.

Mostly now they r taking nearly 3 months but in ur case too late.. try to call them
