I used the Canada Government's official wizard to get all the necessary application fees to pay, and it included Sponsorship fee, Permanent Residence fee, Open Work Permit fee, Work Permit Holder fee, and biometric fee all together. Can I just include the same receipt for open work permit application and another copy of the same receipt for the sponsorship application? Or do I need to get a refund and pay for these separately to generate separate receipts?
