Should I print and scan even if the original form of the document is pdf?

My company gives out pay stubs in pdf from the website. Should I print out them and scanned them, or would it be okay to upload those original files?

I know PCC has to be coloured and scanned, but I am wondering every paper has to be like that.

You can upload the PDF without needing to print it and scan it. Just make sure it's not a secured PDF - that it doesn't require a password to open.
