I have been waiting for 11 months now.
All passed and medical got extended Jan 21st.
I don’t know why I am still waiting
Feel so sick and anxious about this

Same here. My AOR is 3.11 2019
My case don't move from last July to this Jan.
I got an GU at Jan 8th and 21st medical extended
Nothing else happened until now

You might be in a region with a very busy IRCC office. Your local office will most likely contact you once they've set a time for your interview.

My best advice is call IRCC and ask them specifically the status of your application and to tell you what's been cleared and stuff like that.

They can be extremely informative over the phone, you just need to ask for it otherwise they won't just bring it up.

AOR - June 10th 2019.
My application has been transferred from Montreal to Vancouver on Jan 16th 2020. Anyone who is aware of similar situation? Why would they do it after holding it for 7 months in Montreal? I'm a little panicked now.

My AOR is aug 20.called cic yesterday and came to know only background is passed,eligibility is under process but he also added most of them is passed so your file is in good shape ,nothing to worry about..
My question is if my eligibility is still under process what does this most mean?

You can do so but it doesn't really matter. You can inform them post PPR as well.
