We are in the same situation. Based on my cic call, you should stay in Canada for the period of waiting as an pnp inland pr application. Otherwise, your pr application is forfeited.Dear experts and members
I am an inland PR applicant but I have to leave Canada because my work expired and my immigration consultant tried 4 times to get a work permit from my home country but he failed to do so.I got the aor on August 2019.my question is that it will effect my PR file???and can I take help of my local MP because my all the documents are legit.

Nothing since then...
I don't know how your consultant did it. I think you should first apply to reinstate your status then you take it up from there. find out if your work permit is an employer specific one. especially if you are pnp and got nominated based on your job. sometimes people just apply for bridging work permit or open work permit and they get denied because that is the wrong work permit stream. they were supposed to apply with a code given by the employer after your employer pays $230 on your behalf. if you leave Canada and your PR is based on your job, you automatically lose your eligibility and won't be qualified for PR.Dear experts and members
