Answer is that Canadian construction companies are unlikely to look for construction workers from outside of Canada as they have plenty of residents available and are not willing to pay for any LMIAs. There are many examples on this forum of fake construction companies created to scam people. Scams can be recognised if they offer any one of free accommodation, food or flights plus they have websites setup in previous few months specifically for the scam
