police clearance

hi guys, just want to ask what if I already comply with the requirements the needed together with the police clearance and granted a visa, will the CIC will ask me again for police clearance even I already in canada? I quite worried coz Im processing my PR but as of now, I have an outstanding balance in the bank here in UAE, my police clearance is ok as of now coz im paying my responsibilities but what if I got the visa and leave UAE, will they ask me again for this clearance even I already stepped on the land of canada?
