I've got NOI from Ontario in the recent draw (13 Feb). I'm not including my current employment in the work experience section of my OINP application as I don't want to let my employer know that I'll be moving to Canada soon. However, my passport and resume will show that I am currently working with XXX company as YYY. Will Ontario ask me for my current employment reference letter????
Yes, they will require to provide your contract, payslips and probably reference letter. However, you can explain the reason why you can't provide a reference letter.

Did you take CELPIP General. I am in the same situation as you are, my PGWP is expiring in May this year and my crs is 471. What are your fallback options?
Yes I gave celpip general.
just shitting my pants each day i am getting closer to 17th March 2020.
I am just not sure what i will do!! I have a really good job , they are ready to apply for LMIA but i am not sure if that will be approved.
So I can delay it by couple of months while my LMIA is pending (will submit work permit extension application before march 17th) if lmia is negative , the application will be rejected.
But i am just very optimistic about everything!! What ever happens , happens for a reason.
I helped my firm grow, . Gave them plenty of Clients and they are expanding because of my hard work.
Even after spending 7 + years here, if Canada immigration doesn’t want me, than fuccke them.

I see alot of people receiving OINP with score ranging from 467 and 471 but I didn’t see any in my profile despite having same score range and the NOC listed . Pls what could be the cause ?

Yes
check OINP website once see if you are missing on any point. they have given list of mandatory requirements.
i have checked thoroughly and everything seems okay . Maybe I wasn’t lucky this time .
I initially got a nomination in August 2019 and failed to complete my application because i was hoping the CRS won’t be above my score line but now things doesn’t seem thesame

May I know what is FST ? How would it impact the crs ?
FST = Federal Skilled Trades draw. A few times in the year an FST draw takes the place of the usual EE draw. Only tradesmen with a certificate of qualification or job offer get drawn out.

An FST draw would delay the usual draw by another couple of weeks and this would allow more applicants into the EE pool and others to receive PNP nomination which would likely result in raising the CRS cut off.

I had my upfront medical check in April last year (2019) with the hope of ~450 draw but they suddenly went up to ~470. Then I have a chance to get ITA this Feb because of some changes in work experience. However, my medical check will be expired in the next 2 months at the time I submit my application. Should I get another medical check or just wait until the VO ask to do so?

471 points, EE profile submitted on 14th February 2020.
I am going to lose 5 points for my age on 21st March 2020.
NOC 0111

Any views about my chances in the next 3 draws (19th Feb, 4th Mar and 18th Mar)?
What are the best alternatives under PNP? Saskatchewan?

If your CRS was 467, then date of profile creation might have impacted. I've heard that they filter on the basis of NOC, study and age. Ontario seems to like people with lower age (Human capital). I may be totally wrong, but that's what I've heard.
I was sent NOI, my NOC is 1111 with CRS 468 and age 23.
