Hi there, can you please help me look into this case of mine:

I had my upfront medical check in April last year (2019) with the hope of ~450 draw but they suddenly went up to ~470. Then I have a chance to get ITA this Feb because of some changes in work experience. However, my medical check will be expired in the next 2 months at the time I submit my application. Should I get another medical check or just wait until the VO ask to do so?

It's a little unclear, have you received an ITA? Have you already submitted your application?

Are you getting a medical preemptively?

Usually after you received an ITA and apply, then you receive a request for an upfront medical. That's when you do your medical.

Upfront medical means you take the examination before the ITA. It is valid for 12 months. Im gonna accept ITA next draw and submit the application on 22nd March.

That's NOT how Express Entry works. Medical needs to be done before submitting your application

Didn't work like that for me, i got a request to do my medical after receiving my ITA.

And also because you have to provide a print out of the summary of your ITA before you can take the medical.

Maybe i was a bit unclear, but you provide it before your AOR.

But i'm talking from a outland perspective, maybe it's different for inland applicants.

Yeah medical examination has 2 types. You can take it before or after ITA :)
