Yes most members do not make asylum applicants wait if they are 100% sure they will be approving them.

Exactly what I said. Most members tell the asylum seekers at the end of the hearing if they are confident they will be approved. I didn’t say all and didn’t say not getting an answer will lead to refusal.

I had my hearing on Nov 16th, the judge didn't tell me her decision and I don't receive it yet.

Hi everybody.. one of my friend had hearing yesterday.. she told me that judge reserved her decision... she asked questions from her fir almost 1 hour.. judge didn't check her original documents, she just asked her questions.. one thing my friend is worried about that in start judge said she has issue with case is not credible and IFA. Does anyone know what that means??
